Anti-Scratch Coatings
To achieve a scratch-resistant surface, special coating solutions can be applied to the thermoformed part. Anti-scratch coatings do not affect the transparency of clear plastic parts.
Annealing
During the annealing process, the plastic is heat-treated to prevent cracks caused by internal stresses during manufacturing. The goal is to optimize the plastic’s strength and heat resistance. Annealing takes place in a convection oven.
Labeling
Labels are often used for marking thermoformed parts. Simple adjustments to label prints ensure high flexibility, especially for thermoformed components.
