The white standard thermoformed inserts made of PS plastic (polystyrene) with dimensions 340 x 250 x 17 mm mm and an initial material thickness of 1 mm are ideal for the safe storage and transport of components. These thermoformed inserts are suitable for continuous use at temperatures between -10 °C and +80 °C. The moderate hardness and strength make these cost-effective plastic inserts the perfect choice for inlay packaging with low mechanical requirements. As a catalog product, it is standardized, involves no additional tooling costs, and is therefore generally in stock and immediately available. Small quantities are available starting from 10 pieces. Samples of the thermoformed inserts are available upon request.

In industrial applications, cardboard boxes and small load carriers are commonly used as secondary packaging or transport aids. However, plastic inlays can also be stacked freely on a wooden or plastic Euro pallet. This increases flexibility in storage and transport.
