This black, ESD-safe thermoformed insert made of Dissipative polystyrene, measuring 340 x 250 x 12 mm with a material thickness of 1 mm, reliably protects sensitive components. Electrostatic charges are safely dissipated (resistance ≥ 10⁴ to < 10¹¹ ohms). The standard insert is available from 50 pieces, and we provide samples on request.

Standard thermoformed insert with 10 cavities, grooved

This insert has 10 grooves and is ideal for elongated components. The grooves hold parts securely, prevent them from slipping and protect them from damage in transit. They are particularly practical for components that have to be stored in a fixed orientation, so sensitive parts stay reliably in position even under movement or vibration.

Black ESD insert for small load carriers and Euro containers

Cardboard boxes and small load carriers (KLT) are commonly used in industry as outer packaging or load carriers. Our ESD thermoformed insert with 10 cavities in black can also be stacked freely on a wooden or plastic Euro pallet, which increases flexibility in storage and transport.
