This black, ESD-safe thermoformed insert made of Polystyrene, measuring 340 x 250 x 17 mm with a material thickness of 1 mm, reliably protects sensitive components. Electrostatic charges are safely dissipated (resistance ≥ 10⁴ to < 10¹¹ ohms). The standard insert is available from 50 pieces, and we provide samples on request.

Standard thermoformed insert with 60 cavities, round

This insert has 60 round cavities. They hold round or cylindrical components such as seals, caps or small turned parts. The precise fit prevents slipping and ensures safe, space-saving storage. Standard trays and standard inserts with round cavities are ideal wherever an orderly arrangement of components matters, for example in series production or transport with a lot of movement.

Black ESD insert for small load carriers and Euro containers

Cardboard boxes and small load carriers (KLT) are commonly used in industry as outer packaging or load carriers. Our ESD thermoformed insert with 60 cavities in black can also be stacked freely on a wooden or plastic Euro pallet, which increases flexibility in storage and transport.
