This white standard thermoformed insert made of Dissipative polystyrene, measuring 340 x 250 x 53 mm with a material thickness of 3 mm, is suited to safely storing and transporting individual components. It withstands temperatures from -10 °C to +80 °C, is cost-effective and available from stock. Small quantities are possible from 10 pieces. This insert has 4 rectangular cavities. They hold angular or edged components securely and make removal and insertion easier. The rectangular compartments make optimal use of the surface and allow an orderly arrangement of parts. Standard thermoformed inserts and standard trays with rectangular cavities are particularly suited to assembly and series production processes, as they stabilise components reliably and protect them from impact.
