This black, ESD-safe thermoformed insert made of Polystyrene, measuring 340 x 250 x 17 mm with a material thickness of 1 mm, reliably protects sensitive components. Electrostatic charges are safely dissipated (resistance ≥ 10⁴ to < 10¹¹ ohms). The standard insert is available from 50 pieces, and we provide samples on request.

Standard thermoformed insert with 25 cavities, rectangular

This insert has 25 rectangular cavities. They hold angular or edged components securely and make removal and insertion easier. The rectangular compartments make optimal use of the surface and allow an orderly arrangement of parts. Standard thermoformed inserts and standard trays with rectangular cavities are particularly suited to assembly and series production processes, as they stabilise components reliably and protect them from impact.

Black ESD insert for small load carriers and Euro containers

Cardboard boxes and small load carriers (KLT) are commonly used in industry as outer packaging or load carriers. Our ESD thermoformed insert with 25 cavities in black can also be stacked freely on a wooden or plastic Euro pallet, which increases flexibility in storage and transport.
