This black, ESD-safe thermoformed insert made of Dissipative polystyrene, measuring 352 x 252 x 60 mm with a material thickness of 3 mm, reliably protects sensitive components. Electrostatic charges are safely dissipated (resistance ≥ 10⁴ to < 10¹¹ ohms). The standard insert is available from 50 pieces, and we provide samples on request.

Standard thermoformed insert with 40 cavities, round stepped

This standard insert has 40 stepped cavities. Each step measures 21 x 21 x 38 mm. The stepped cavities safely accommodate components with differing geometries, for example shafts, sleeves, bushings or flanges. The steps position the component stably without tilting it or putting strain on sensitive areas.
