This black, ESD-safe thermoformed insert made of Dissipative polystyrene, measuring 352 x 252 x 17 mm with a material thickness of 2 mm, reliably protects sensitive components. Electrostatic charges are safely dissipated (resistance ≥ 10⁴ to < 10¹¹ ohms). The standard insert is available from 50 pieces, and we provide samples on request.

This insert has 12 round cavities. They hold round or cylindrical components such as seals, caps or small turned parts. The precise fit prevents slipping and ensures safe, space-saving storage. Standard trays and standard inserts with round cavities are ideal wherever an orderly arrangement of components matters, for example in series production or transport with a lot of movement.
