This white standard thermoformed insert made of Dissipative polystyrene, measuring 261 x 236 x 20 mm with a material thickness of 1 mm, is suited to safely storing and transporting individual components. It withstands temperatures from -10 °C to +80 °C, is cost-effective and available from stock. Small quantities are possible from 10 pieces. This insert has 16 rectangular cavities. They hold angular or edged components securely and make removal and insertion easier. The rectangular compartments make optimal use of the surface and allow an orderly arrangement of parts. Standard thermoformed inserts and standard trays with rectangular cavities are particularly suited to assembly and series production processes, as they stabilise components reliably and protect them from impact.

White standard tray for small load carriers and Euro containers

Cardboard boxes and small load carriers (KLT) are commonly used in industry as outer packaging or load carriers. Our thermoformed insert with 16 cavities in white can also be stacked freely on a wooden or plastic Euro pallet, which increases flexibility in storage and transport.
