This black, ESD-safe thermoformed insert made of Dissipative polystyrene, measuring 331 x 245 x 37 mm with a material thickness of 3 mm, reliably protects sensitive components. Electrostatic charges are safely dissipated (resistance ≥ 10⁴ to < 10¹¹ ohms). The standard insert is available from 50 pieces, and we provide samples on request.

Standard thermoformed insert with 20 cavities, round stepped

This standard insert has 20 stepped cavities. Each step measures 30 x 30 x 30 mm. The stepped cavities safely accommodate components with differing geometries, for example shafts, sleeves, bushings or flanges. The steps position the component stably without tilting it or putting strain on sensitive areas.

This black standardised ESD thermoformed insert with 20 stepped cavities can be stored using either A/B stacking or reversible stacking. That makes it space-saving and efficient in transit.
