This black, ESD-safe thermoformed insert made of Dissipative polystyrene, measuring 553 x 353 x 38 mm with a material thickness of 2 mm, reliably protects sensitive components. Electrostatic charges are safely dissipated (resistance ≥ 10⁴ to < 10¹¹ ohms). The standard insert is available from 50 pieces, and we provide samples on request.

This insert has 16 grooves and is ideal for elongated components. The grooves hold parts securely, prevent them from slipping and protect them from damage in transit. They are particularly practical for components that have to be stored in a fixed orientation, so sensitive parts stay reliably in position even under movement or vibration.
