High-Quality ESD Thermoformed Inserts Made of PS
The black, conductive standard thermoformed inserts made of PS plastic (polystyrene) with dimensions 550 x 350 x 37 mm mm and an initial material thickness of 1 mm provide optimal protection and secure storage for sensitive components. These ESD thermoformed inserts are suitable for continuous use at temperatures between -10 °C and +80 °C. Thanks to the integrated ESD protection, the plastic inserts safely dissipate electrostatic charges, ensuring component safety during transport and storage without additional tooling costs. The resistance values of the conductive inserts range from ≥ 10⁴ to < 10¹¹ ohms. The ESD inlay packaging is available as a standard item with a minimum order quantity of 50 pieces and is immediately available. Small quantities are available starting from 10 pieces. Samples of the thermoformed inserts are available upon request.
