This insert has 35 square cavities. Their equal edge lengths hold cube-shaped or square components securely in any rotation and make removal and insertion easier. The square compartments make optimal use of the surface and allow an orderly arrangement of parts. Standard thermoformed inserts and standard trays with square cavities are particularly suited to assembly and series production processes, as they stabilise components reliably and protect them from impact.
